These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in, and participation with, training services provided by V&I Swift Skill Institute Pty Ltd (ABN 30 677 434 534) trading as Swift Skills (RTO 46501). By submitting an enrolment form or participating in any training with Swift Skills, you agree to these Terms.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed and signed Enrolment Form, payment of applicable fees (or confirmation of a funding/payment arrangement), and verification of your USI. Swift Skills may decline an enrolment at its discretion where entry requirements are not met.
Course fees are as listed on our website and in the pre-enrolment Course Information Sheet. Fees are payable in full prior to course commencement unless a payment plan has been approved in writing. Swift Skills does not collect more than $1,500 in fees in advance of training commencement, in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Students must comply with the Student Code of Conduct as outlined in the Student Handbook. Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of evidence or any form of academic misconduct will result in an NYC outcome and may result in withdrawal from training and referral to ASQA.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. Swift Skills may withdraw a student from training if they have not attended and have not maintained reasonable contact with student services.
All training materials, resources, and assessment tools provided by Swift Skills remain the intellectual property of Swift Skills or its licensors. Students may use these materials solely for the purpose of their own learning. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any materials is prohibited without written permission.
Swift Skills collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including reporting to NCVER, ASQA and relevant state training authorities.
You must provide a valid and verified Unique Student Identifier (USI) before training commences. Swift Skills cannot issue AQF certification without a verified USI. See our USI Information page for details.
To the extent permitted by law, Swift Skills’ liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the supply of training services is limited to re-supplying the relevant services. Swift Skills is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Swift Skills may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is available on our website. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued participation in training after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
