Supporting documentation will be required.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Complete and sign the Refund Request Form (available from reception or this website) and submit it to info@swiftskills.edu.au, including your nominated bank account for EFT payment
  • Swift Skills will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are paid within 14 days of your written notice to cancel, via electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated on your Refund Request Form
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible
  • 5. Protection of Fees Paid in Advance

Swift Skills does not collect more than $1,500 in fees from any individual student in advance of the commencement of training, in accordance with the requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2025. If a student is enrolled in a course where fees exceed this amount, payments are staged in accordance with student progression through the training.

    6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits the rights of students under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If you believe you have a consumer protection concern, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria on 1300 558 181 or visit consumer.vic.gov.au.
